Best bag I've ever seen. Tested every bag I could get my hands on in stores, shopped for hours online. So many inside and outside pockets, washable, feet to keep off bathroom floors, carrying options, colors better in person, stroller hooks, key hook, fits well to the body no bulk. Amazing. You won't be disappointed.

When you try the usual return route it says this product requires that you contact customer service in order to return it and I am satisfied with the attitude they hold. I will buy next coach bag here.
