The shoulder strap stays up well and not fall off (I know this is a concern of mine at least). The clasp of coach bag just adds a little bit extra kicker to it as well. Overall, really handy and great for any occasion!

It looks pretty much as pictured, minus the heart which I expected not to be there based on the reviews. It is roomier than my other coach bag which I like. I LOVE the way this Coach Factory bag looks.

I have only had it for a day so I couldn't vouch for the quality of wear but it is very soft and seems like it will wear well considering the cheap price tag.
